Refund insurance may be purchased at the time of initial registration and must be added during checkout. Many parents refer to this option as “peace of mind.”

With refund insurance, you may cancel for any reason prior to May 1 and receive a full refund, minus the cost of the insurance.

After May 1, cancellations made at least two weeks prior to your camper’s start date will receive a credit toward the following summer. This credit must be used during the subsequent summer season and will expire at the end of that summer if not redeemed.

Refunds are not available for cancellations made within two weeks of your camp start date.

The Hold My Spot option is perfect for families who want to lock in a particular promotion or savings opportunity before finalizing their summer plans.

With this option, you can secure your camper’s spot now and submit your specific camp dates at a later time. We prioritize Hold My Spot registrations to ensure campers are placed in their desired sessions whenever possible.

We offer several opportunities for savings throughout the year. In addition, we provide team, group, and sibling discounts, knowing how much more fun camp can be when campers are joined by familiar faces.

There are no electronics allowed at camp. Research shows the long-term benefits of unplugging and enjoying nature, and we see those benefits firsthand every summer. Our staff follows this same policy, and camp administrators will contact parents if there’s ever a need to reach you. Otherwise, campers can fully enjoy the independence and growth that comes from a screen-free environment.

If you need to get in touch with your camper while they’re at camp, please know that Two Rivers will always contact parents if and when they feel it’s necessary. Otherwise, there is real value in campers gaining independence during their time away.

At Two Rivers, we take pride in offering a plentiful, healthy, and varied food program. In addition to the featured entrée, we offer a pasta bar, salad bar, soup bar, and PB&J bar. There are plenty of options to keep both campers and adults happy and well-nourished throughout their time at camp.

A medical staff member is on site at all times to handle first-aid needs. In the event of a more serious medical issue, campers will be transported to the nearest hospital, which is approximately 20 miles from camp. Parents will be contacted immediately in such cases.

At Two Rivers, we take camper safety very seriously — the health and well-being of every camper is our #1 priority.

Campers may register for multiple sessions, with full supervision provided between sessions to ensure a safe and seamless camp experience.

We also offer Soccer Plus every two weeks, providing another option for campers who want an extended, multi-week experience.

The Two Rivers Camp Store is open for campers at the end of their afternoon and evening training sessions. This social time is one of the best opportunities to relax and enjoy each other’s company.

Campers can enjoy well-deserved treats, snacks, and drinks, as well as additional food items for anyone feeling extra hungry. The store is also open each evening for campers who want to indulge in a little retail therapy or replenish personal items such as chapstick, bug spray, and more.

Any remaining balance over $5 from your pre-arranged store deposit will be refunded to your credit card.
