Camp Positions

The ideal Camp Counselor is a positive, responsible, and energetic role model who enjoys working with children and contributing to a supportive camp community. Successful candidates demonstrate strong teamwork, communication, and professionalism while ensuring the safety and well-being of campers. This role provides the opportunity to develop valuable leadership, responsibility, problem-solving, and mentoring skills in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

The Activities Coordinator is responsible for helping design and deliver a high-quality camp activities program while providing leadership, guidance, and supervision to counseling staff during daily activities. This role ensures that programs are engaging, well-organized, and aligned with the mission and standards of the camp.

A qualified Registered Nurse (RN) or medical professional will support the health and well-being of campers during the camp session. Responsibilities include greeting campers at registration, collecting and administering medications, monitoring camper health, responding to illness or minor injuries, assisting with food allergy management, and maintaining accurate medical records. The nurse will also help ensure a safe and supportive environment for all campers.

Responsible for managing and supervising the daily operation of the Camp Store, including maintaining accurate inventory, camper store accounts, and daily records. Ensure the Camp Store remains clean, organized, and well-merchandised while maintaining all required health and sanitation standards, including proper food-handling practices by staff.

Responsible for overseeing all camp kitchen operations, including preparing and serving healthy, plentiful meals on schedule; maintaining accurate food inventory and ordering within budget; ensuring proper food storage, sanitation, and daily kitchen cleaning; supervising kitchen assistants and dish staff; adapting menus to camper preferences and dietary needs in coordination with medical staff and camp leadership; and maintaining all food safety standards, including holding a current Food Handler’s Certificate, while adhering to camp policies.

Assist the Head Cook/Kitchen Manager in preparing, cooking, and serving daily meals according to the camp menu, ensuring all food handling, storage, and kitchen areas meet the highest sanitary standards, while adhering to camp policies, grooming guidelines, and the electronics policy. Must hold a current Food Handler’s Certificate.

Responsible for the daily cleaning, sanitizing, and organization of all dishes, utensils, tables, and kitchen/dining areas; managing meal prep stations and waste disposal; maintaining a clean and safe environment in accordance with camp standards, grooming guidelines, and the electronics policy; reporting to the Head Cook/Kitchen Manager, Camp Director, and Staff Supervisor.
Coach Positions

Develop, implement and supervise soccer coaching / training program for campers, ages 7-17 years.
Administer and supervise World Cup tournament each week starting Wednesday evenings.
Evaluate and supervise coaches in coaching / training program daily.
Administer meetings bi-weekly and or weekly with Senior & Junior coaches to maintain excellent soccer training program.
Prepare and present Sunday evening welcome to parents and campers.
Prepare and present soccer training Health and Safety / Rules and Conduct for campers on Sunday evenings. P
repare and present Saturday closing ceremony to parents and campers.
Drive and supervise staff as necessary. Must possess "A-Level" advanced credentials & have relevant experience.
Must comply with camp standards and personal grooming guidelines.
Must comply with electronics policy - no electronics in your personal possession (must be kept in office).
Responsible to the Director (s) / owner.

Assist the Director of Coaching in training campers ages 7–17, leveraging advanced soccer credentials and coaching experience, while participating enthusiastically in camp activities, demonstrating leadership and positive role modeling, supporting driving duties as needed, and adhering to camp standards, reporting to the Director of Coaching and Camp Directors.

Assist the Senior Coach in training campers ages 7–17, providing skilled instruction, guidance, and encouragement to help each camper develop their soccer abilities, teamwork, and confidence.
Serve as a positive role model by demonstrating sportsmanship, leadership, and enthusiasm, actively participating in camp activities and camp counseling, and supporting the overall camp community.
